01 Intake 60-min discovery call. We listen. You decide whether to keep going.
02 Hazard register Plain-language documentation of what could go wrong, ranked by likelihood and impact.
03 Tabletop We stress-test the plan on a Tuesday afternoon, with the people who’d actually run it.
04 Plan Final document, adopted by your board, owner, or organizing committee.
05 Handoff Annual review schedule. We’re available; you’re in charge.
